Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. Sevabharathi Foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. All eligible donors receive an official receipt that can be used to claim a tax deduction. Please contact us after donating to request your certificate.
How will I know my payment was received?
Once you tap "I Have Paid", our team is notified. We manually verify every UPI and bank transfer within 24–48 hours and send a confirmation message or call to acknowledge your contribution.
Can I donate to a specific program?
Absolutely. Simply select the program in Step 1 — Orphanage Education, Elder Care, Women Empowerment, Annadanam, or Goshala & Animal Care. Your donation will be directed exclusively to that cause.
Is there a minimum donation amount?
No minimum at all. Every rupee counts. Even a small contribution of ₹50 or ₹100 goes directly toward our programs and is deeply appreciated.
Which UPI apps work with the QR code?
The QR code works with all major UPI apps — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, and any bank's UPI app. The amount and program note are pre-filled automatically when you scan.
How is my donation used?
100% of your donation goes to field programs. We maintain full financial transparency and publish monthly impact reports. Administrative costs are funded separately so your contribution creates direct, measurable impact.
Can I make a recurring donation?
Yes! You can set up a monthly standing instruction through your bank or UPI app to our account. Reach out to us and we will help you set up a recurring giving plan.
Is it safe to donate online?
Yes. All payments go through RBI-regulated UPI infrastructure or direct bank transfer — there is no third-party payment gateway involved. Your financial details are never stored or shared by us.
